I’m Tasha (TC) Cooper, founder of UpwardAction® Advisory and the FaithFocusFlow® Global Institute. I partner with boards, executives, and founder-led organizations to make smart, ethical decisions about AI across the full lifecycle, from the first vendor conversation through adoption and everyday governance. My work centers on practical governance frameworks, trust-centered infrastructure, and values-aligned leadership that holds up under pressure.

When I’m not deep in a strategy session, at a global convening, or on a conference stage, you’ll find me eating street food on a different continent, singing karaoke with no regrets, swinging under the carport of my parents’ home in South Carolina, and investing deeply in the people I love, including my twin nieces and Godchildren.
