I’m an AI governance advisor, attorney (Esq., AIGP), and executive coach with more than 25 years of experience partnering with boards, executives, and values-driven professionals to navigate emerging technologies, align strategy with character and purpose, and lead with clarity through transformation.

My work sits at the intersection of AI governance, leadership, and values-based decision-making. I partner with leaders who are navigating meaningful questions such as:

My background includes:

Senior federal leadership as a Senior Agency Official for Privacy (SAO-P) in financial services and housing—establishing governance frameworks for data protection, AI use, and regulatory compliance
16 years in federal public service, including senior leadership roles in privacy, compliance, and regulatory governance across multiple agencies
Nearly a decade in private practice advising publicly traded companies, private equity clients, and boards on business law, intellectual property, governance, and regulatory compliance
Coaching and advising executives, attorneys, board members, and values-driven founders through AI-era transformation, strategic reinvention, and leadership clarity

My coaching programs focus on:

Working with me

I offer AI governance advisory engagements for boards and executive teams, as well as 3-month leadership coaching programs for individuals and teams ready to do the work of strategic alignment.

For coaching clients, we begin with a paid discovery session designed to discern fit. If we decide to work together, the cost of that session is applied to your coaching package. For AI governance and board advisory inquiries, we’ll schedule an initial consultation to discuss your organization’s needs, current governance posture, and strategic priorities.
